Another method is a virus sent via Bluetooth, designed for Android – systems. And if the user always has blue-tooth enabled and is configured to automatically receive files, one of these viruses can enter the system, disguised as some useful program, and will wait for the user to want to install it. Most often, the main purpose of such viruses is to send SMS to special numbers, which leads to emptying the balance on the user's account.
It is easy to protect against the described threats, you just need to make sure that the wireless module is not turned on unnecessarily and that a hidden mode is set.
In order to enable or disable the blue tooth, do the following:
- Open the settings.
- Tap on the line 'Bluetooth'.
- On the top right, there is a rocker, which is responsible for the state of activity of this type of connection.
