For working with office documents in Doc format (text files Microsoft Word), pdf (scanned files), excel (spreadsheet file Microsoft Excel), ppt (presentation file Microsoft PowerPoint), you can use your Google account on your phone or install the corresponding application from the Play Market.

You must have a Google Account registered on your phone or tablet. How to do it? Just open the Play Store, and the first time you launch the application, the system will ask you to create or log in with your Google account.
After installing the account, all office documents can be viewed and edited in the Chrome browser, after logging in under your account.

Through the app
Or install the application for working with office and scanned files. Go to the Play Market:
- Acrobat Reader – for opening pdf files. The app is free.
- Microsoft Office – the application opens all files, but it is paid. There is a 30-day free trial.
- Andropen Office is a free office analogue from Microsoft. Opens and edits all office files.
- OpenOffice – LibreOffice is the best free office document reader and editor. The menu is similar to Microsoft Office, so you'll get the hang of it right away if you've ever used Office from Microsoft. The only drawback of the program is that by default it saves all files in its own format, which is different from the generally accepted one, so you should always make sure that a text file is saved with the extension .doc, tables.excel, and so on.
Which application to use is up to you. I personally use Libre Office. It's free, fast and intuitive to use.
