Today I will share my knowledge on how to clean the internal memory on Android. This article will be useful to users who have recently used devices with this operating system. I will present several situations and ways how to clean up the internal memory of Android.
Working with conductors
So, the first thing I want to show is how to correctly delete files through conductors, because there are nuances in the work of some special programs.

For example, if you use TotalCommander to erase a file, you need to select it and click 'Delete'. This is a standard procedure.
But an application like ESExplorer also has a built-in shopping cart. That is, after you have washed unnecessary folders, etc., you still need to go to the trash can and empty it, if you do not do this, the extra files will not be completely deleted. This is what happened to me: for a long time it was not clear what was occupied about 10 GB space, and then it turned out that all the photographs, music tracks, etc., previously removed by me through this conductor, were simply in the basket and continued to occupy space. Therefore, be careful when using third-party applications: keep in mind that they may have a built-in shopping cart, like a PC.

Cleaning applications
- You can also free up memory by deleting programs that are not in use. To do this, you can go to the 'Settings' section, open the 'Programs' item, go to the 'Third-Party' tab and select one of the unnecessary applications. In the window that opens, click 'Delete'.
- The same can be done with ESExplorer tools. I think it will be easier this way. After starting the application, select the 'Apps' icon to display all the programs installed on your device. You can select all redundant software products and click 'Uninstall' to perform a batch uninstall.

General cleaning Android
If the device displays a message that the internal memory Android is full, and in general there is nothing to delete, I suggest using one of the system optimizers. There are quite a few similar programs, there is plenty to choose from, but I will show an example of cleaning using Allinone.
- Run Allin One.
- Select 'Clean' to have the program start scanning your machine.
- A list of what can be deleted will be displayed, as a rule, it will be some kind of cache, temporary files, remnants of previously deleted programs, etc.
- If you go to the Advanced tab, you will also be prompted to clear your browser history, email and more.
- Click on 'Clean'.

If you need to completely clear the internal memory of the device, there is a way to format (delete, everything that was installed after purchase)
This is done through a factory reset.
- Go to the gadget settings.
- Select backup and reset.
- Open factory reset.
- Next, do everything as written.
- After that, the device will reboot, and after turning it on, it will take on its original form with the maximum available amount of space.
The procedure for resetting the settings is detailed here.
