How do I change the volume of the alarm and ringtone on my phone? How do I turn off vibration on a call? How to set a ringtone? How can I turn off keyboard sounds and vibration feedback, notification sounds? Answers later in the article.
All sound settings and settings in Digma smartphones are located in Settings – Sound.
Going to the settings, the user has the following options:
- Volume for music, video and games (move the slider to the desired position – a test tone will sound to set the volume correctly).
- Alarm volume.
- Ringtone volume for an incoming call.
- Vibration on calls (to enable, move the slider to the On position.) The activated vibration will allow you not to miss an incoming call even in a noisy place (for example, in the subway).
- Do not disturb settings.
Do not disturb mode
This mode turns off all installed sound settings, incoming calls and SMS, reminders and alarms, notifications from applications. In short, if you do not want anyone to bother you, feel free to activate this mode.
But is it possible to set up receiving messages and calls only from important contacts, for example, from relatives and from work? The developers offer us quite flexible settings.
- Show only important messages and reminders.
What messages and calls will the system consider important? You install yourself. You can enable / disable the display of reminders and appointments (recorded in the calendar). The alarm cannot be turned off, since its default sound is considered important, but you can simply delete the set alarms or turn them off manually in the alarm settings.
- From whom to receive messages? From everyone, only from marked contacts or from no one.
- Which contacts to receive calls from?
- Whether to accept repeated calls. After all, if the subscriber calls you the second one within 15 minutes, then the call is really important and should be taken.
- Blocking visual alerts.
When the screen is on, do not show notifications disabled in Do Not Disturb mode. And when the screen is off, do not turn the screen back on for incoming notifications.
To fine-tune the Do Not Disturb mode, you can use predefined rules or create your own. By default, the phone already has 3 groups of rules: weekday evening, weekend and event.
The following settings are available for each rule:
- Name.
- Days of the week when the rule works.
- Start time.
- End time.
- Do not disturb settings: only important, alarm or complete silence (all calls, SMS and notifications are blocked).
- Disconnect with alarm. The rule will turn off with an alarm, even if it goes off ahead of time.
You can flexibly customize the sound mode for yourself, even for a specific 1 day, or only on weekdays, or only on weekends, or on holidays.
