Stop coronavirus' will not work in Moscow, but is intended for the regions of Russia, the authorities of which will decide to introduce an access regime by analogy with the capital. Muscovites will be able to issue a pass for moving around the city by personal, official or public transport on the website of the Moscow Mayor's Office, or by calling +7 (495) 777-77-77. A pass is not required for walking.

The application independently calculates how long you can be out of the house in quarantine, depending on the reason for leaving. True, the not always available time period looks logical. Let's say I had 12 hours to go to the store. I do not know on what basis' State services. Stop coronavirus' this time is calculated, but, in my opinion, this is frankly a lot even to go to IKEA, which is usually located somewhere on the outskirts, not to mention the usual trip to the nearest store.
The nearest grocery store is indeed about 100 meters from my house. However, as you can imagine, shops are diverse, and in my case it is not Magnit or Auchan, but Red and White, where, as a rule, it is difficult to find any products for normal nutrition. Therefore, I have to go to the 'Lenta' located 400 meters away. But even going there with a return back would take me an hour and a half if I went shopping on foot. But, in fairness, I will say that at the time of publication of the publication, the timer does not work yet, because the authorities have not yet announced the official launch of the service, which means that the time periods can still be adjusted downward.
