Google, like no other company, loves all sorts of Easter eggs that it hides in many of its products. They are divided into permanent ones, which allow you to access them at any time, and temporary ones, which appear exclusively for the period of any events or significant events. In most cases, Google Easter eggs are mini-games that are extremely simple, but at the same time can captivate the user for more than one hour. Just worth a runner from Chrome, where a stylized dinosaur overcomes obstacles. Another thing is that not all Google services provide access to Easter eggs, but over time their number is gradually decreasing.
The Easter Egg is coming to Google Play very soon. Anyway, Google already has a ready-made mini-game for the catalog
Google is working on a new Easter egg for Google Play. Previously, the corporate directory of the search giant did not have any hidden functions at all, but now, probably, the company's developers thought that it would be extremely illogical to deprive the platform with applications and games of a built-in mini-game. But since spending a lot of time and effort on developing a script and drawing graphics is not in the style of Google, it was decided to add a mini-game there, executed in a pixel style, which does not even have its own name yet.

The mini-game, which will play the role of an Easter egg on Google Play, is a kind of hybrid of a runner and a platform game, where the acting character is a balloon that flies up continuously. His goal is to collect as many coins as possible, overcoming obstacles in the form of slats with sharp spikes that can pierce the ball and finish the game. Along the way, you can collect various bonuses, such as a magnet that will attract all the coins around you, additional lives that will allow you to continue the game, even after a puncture, and so on.
You may have noticed that I am talking about the game in the future tense. The fact is that right now the Easter egg is not available to everyone on Google Play, and developers Jane Manchun Wong and Alessandro Paluzzi, who, although they cited a recording of the gameplay as evidence, refused to disclose how they were able to access it, learned about its existence. Perhaps the game is hiding in a test version of Google Play, which is still open only to developers. But, since the game, apparently, is already completely ready, most likely, in the foreseeable future it will be released.
Why are Easter eggs needed
Do users need this game? Exactly as a game – no. Nevertheless, many people really like all kinds of Easter eggs, and they are willing to spend many hours looking for them. It is for them that Google adds these Easter eggs, which, although they do not carry a practical load, are still a kind of reward for those who were not too lazy and spent their own time on a thorough study of the product and opened all its hidden passages and loopholes. However, unlike the vast majority of Easter eggs that lurk in games or apps, what Google has to offer can really captivate you for more than a minute.
My personal relationship with Google Easter eggs is rather ambiguous. On the one hand, I would never undertake to look for them on my own, because I consider it a useless waste of time. But, on the other hand, if, while working with Chrome, my smartphone or computer suddenly loses its connection to the Network, I will gladly go to the Dino runner, which runs, overcoming all sorts of obstacles. I cannot call myself an addicted person, but I have repeatedly caught myself thinking that I am ready to spend 10, 20, and even 30 minutes with a dinosaur in moments of idleness.
P.S. In this text, we also hid a small Easter egg for you. Find it and write what it is like in the comments.
