Ways to run applications from IOS to Android
There are several ways how to run programs from one shell to another.
- The first is to wait for the official release of the application on Android. As a rule, sooner or later, all utilities are released on both platforms. The only exceptions are software written by itself Apple and specialized modules written only to work with iPhone and iPad.
- The second way is to install the firmware IOS on Android. This is not very difficult to do, but it is worth remembering that in the process there is a risk of turning the device into a 'brick'. If the flashing was successful, then almost all programs from the platform Apple will run on Android (although half of them will be unstable due to the peculiarities of the hardware).
- The third way is to use the special program Cider. This is a full-fledged emulator IOS to Android. It was created by 6 students from Columbia University using the binary method. The emulator is at the stage of alpha testing, it is very unstable and cannot run most of the functions IOS, there is no possibility to work with the GPS module. In addition, the hardware requirements for the module are very high, because you have to ensure the operation of Android and at the same time also emulate functions IOS. Work on Cider is going on when a working version is released, no one knows yet.
